Hi, I’m Hervé Lagrange — founder of SmartNegoLab, a startup focused on vendor negotiation (Saas, Recrutement Agencies and HR Tech).
I didn’t come from tech. My background is hospitality, luxury retail, and direct sales. I’ve worked in fast-paced, high-stakes environments across the UK, France, and the Caribbean — learning how to read people, manage expectations, and deliver value on the spot.
That experience gave me a skill most startup teams don’t have time to master: the art of negotiating.
